These rates are applicable to change according to the amount of detail / number of character/complexity
of background that is present in the artwork, and also the schedule given.

PROCESS and PAYMENTS


Send me a note including contents of the commission via DA note.
Upon confirming the commission(s), downpayment for the project is requested via Paypal.
Artist's [ikotron] Paypal account email address – rdhreyes@gmail.com
100% full payment for commissions that are less than $15.
50% down payment on start of project. (if commission is higher than $16)
The artist [ikotron] will send via e-mail a rough sketch or rough sketches for client's approval.
The artist [ikotron] will send you a low resolution of the finished piece on the agreed deadline.
As soon as I received the Final 50% payment,The client must notify the artist [ikotron] via email if
he/she had settled the final compensation in the artist's paypal account so that the artist can transmit to the
client via email the final rendition of the artwork in a high resolution format [300 dpi].

The artist [ikotron] agrees that the commission will be done on a high quality rate based on what the artist's
uppermost capacity can offer.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS

All artworks including words, ideas, visuals and design concept remain the property of the artist [ikotron].
Unless specifically released in writing, the client gains rights or reproduction rights only after all cost have
been settled properly. The client agrees that after the transaction, the artist [ikotron] retains the right to
display this design in his portfolio, online gallery [Deviantart] or any advertising materials.

By supplying text, images and other data to the artist for inclusion in the artwork, the client declares that
it holds appropriate copyright or trademark permissions.
The ownership of such materials will remain with the client or with the rightful copyright or trademark owner.

By supplying text, images [ex. client's original character] and other data to the artist, the client grants the
artist permission to use the materials freely in the pursuit of the design.

The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold the artist [ikotron] free from harm in any and all claims
resulting from the client not having obtained all the
required copyright and/or any other necessary permission.

Please take note that the artist [ikotron] do not accept the following requests :

Hentai / Full Nudity
Yaoi / Yuri [depends on how explicit, fan service are accepted though...]
